YOUNG ARTS IN THE AREA


We have 18 Societies in Area, one of which is brand new. The other 17 Societies all have a Young Arts Representative and are actively involved in carrying out initiatives or projects with their local schools or within their local communities.

The initiatives cover a wide range of projects from arranging visits to galleries or places of architectural importance, having an "artist in residence" at a school, organising art exhibitions, purchasing art equipment, and awarding bursaries to individual students.
